Group personal training is a great way to boost your workout intensity and keep you accountable while remaining under the watchful eye of a personal trainer!

If you are more comfortable working out in a group setting, a group program could be just what you are looking for! One of our professional trainers will help guide you through the group program with the other group members.

INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training can be done one-on-one with the client, or in a group setting. One-on-one personal training is, for obvious reasons, more personable. The structure of a personal training session depends on the client and their needs. However, most training sessions revolve around some basic components: resistance training and cardiovascular exercise. Each session starts each session with a review of how the client is performing in each of these areas. If one area tends to need more attention, we spend the majority of time focusing on this weakness.

Nutrition, food treeThe fastest way to reach your fitness goals is maintaining good nutritional habits.  You can make or break your success by how good or bad you eat.  How are your nutritional habits? Without structure and consistency all of your hard work in the gym could be sabotaged.

Do you know how often you should eat throughout the day and at what times?  Do you know how much protein your body needs for proper recovery? Did you know that without adequate vitamins and minerals your body cannot function at its full potential!

Certified Nutritionists on staff at MAX MUSCLE can give you all the tools you need including a FREE body fat assessment.  Besides providing you will any sports nutrition products you need, they will educate you!  All members of our fitness club receive discounted products and meal plans just for being part of our family!  We all want you to succeed and get the results you want.
